"Just don't hurt us."

They had wondered why their abductors not only emptied their pockets, took their shoes and socks, but also had them strip to the waist.

Then they saw the rope...

...and knew it was going to hurt.... and burn bad.

They saw the rags that we be stuffed down their throats to gag them, and already that were retching with the thought of these rag in their mouths, secured by the rope.

Finally the wall of rusty bars they would be bound to, spread-eagled, their arms torture by the rough rope.

Norman was forced again to strip, this time to his shorts.  He spread himself against the rectangular bars.  They began to bind him.....
his neck...
his wrists...
his forearms...
his elbows...
his wrists....
his ankles....
his legs...
his knees...
his thighs...
his chest...
his gut...

...each time the rope circled three times, and tightened between the ropes and the grill so tightly blood already began to trickle down his limbs and chest.

Their screams of agony were silenced by the rags and the rope, between their teeth and fixing them to the grill.

They could not move

That's when they began taking the ransom videos, and the torture began...

The tourniquets were roped around their biceps and thighs.  They were turned tighter and tighter.
Sweat poured from their armpits and faces, eyes bulging out of their heads, gasping gagged moans filling the room.  As they turned it, it cut through skin and muscle, down to near the bone.

Their families watched and transferred the millions in ransom.

The torture stopped.

They were cut down, unconscious.

They tied their wrists behind their backs, and their ankles to their wrists.

And left them...

...to wait to be rescued.
