Held for Ransom

Their arms were pulled behind their backs and they were roped at the elbows and wrists.  A knotted bandanna was shoved between their teeth and tied around their heads.

They were put into the back of the Jeep, laying on their arms.
Their ankles were tied with rope.

Now bound arms and feet and gagged, they drove off to their fates.

They were dragged into the old barn, and the nooses were put around their necks, and made taut.

There were standing next to each other with Jody in the middle.  A long two by four was put under their upper arms, and their biceps were bound to it.  Now if one of the boys collapsed from exhaustion, he would cause his buddies to choke to death.

Soon they were soaked with sweat as they struggled to free their arms and wrists.  The ropes were tied as tight as possible.  It was impossible.  Their necks were stretched.  Bugs circled their faces and bodies.

All they could do is gaze at the camera live feeding their sufferings as they got weaker and weaker, hoping that the ransom would be paid.
