The Long Struggle

 "The drugs should wear off in a couple of hours.  When they awake they will find out they are tied up!"

"Are you sure we tied them tight enough?"

"They're not fuckin' going anywhere."

"What if they don't pay the ransom?"

"We'll torture them in a live feed.  They'll pay!"

"Yeah!"

Billy downed the second beer when he began to feel woozy.  He felt a cold sweat drenching his body.  His legs began to wobble.  He dropped the beer and collapsed.  Ashe was drifting into unconsciousness the last words he heard were, "...make sure the ropes are tight!"
