Fernando and Josh's arms were pinned together behind their backs. Rope circled their biceps, elbows, forearms and wrists, binding them tight and into numbness. A gag was shoved into their mouths and secured with duct tape, silencing their pleas for mercy..
Swear poured down their bare chests as their legs and feet were bound together.
The dice was cast: It was EVENS and Josh won.
The noose was
fixed around
Josh's neck.
The drug was shoved into Fernando's arm, knocking him out.
Fernando's dead weight was now help up by Josh's arms, and, if he sagged he would choke.
They left them, with Fernando unconscious and Josh dripping with sweat.

Maybe show the aftermath and exhaustion of the conscious one, and switch the roles between the two of them. Then maybe somehow have them escape? I'm no artist like you, I'm sure you could come up with something better than that :)
