Held for Ransom

"We found their Jeep abandoned in the woods.  We also found cut of pieces of rope and strips of duct tape.


I have to assume that the occupants
have been abducted.

We're beginning a search, but these woods are deep and there are thousands of places where they could be taken."

Billy put his arms behind his back and crossed his wrists.
He knew he and his buddies were going to be tied up.



His wrists were tightly bound with rope, while his head was taped, blinding and gagging him.

Pushed and dumped in the back of an ATV, he listened helplessly as his buddies were bound and gagged.

When the reach the hidden cabin, their wrists were cut free.  Their arms were put in front of them and their wrists crossed and re-tied.

Still blindfolded and gagged with tape
they were shoved into the cabin, and ropes from beams in the roof were tied between their bound hands.

They were hoisted up until their feet were a foot off of the floor.

Now hanging from their wrists,
their heads were pushed downward.

Ropes were weaved around their forearms, and they were forced together and tied off.

Ropes around their upper arms lashed them to their necks.

Their knees and ankles were bound with the ropes.

They hung now, with no chance of escape, dripping sweat from their chins onto the floor.

There they were left.

Hopeless and Helpless.

Bound and Gagged and Blind.

Hanging from their wrists.

Wondering how long it would be before the ransom

was paid.
